pkpy.jp is the service domain of Pokepay, a prepaid e-money and loyalty point platform operated by PocketChange Inc. Pokepay lets businesses issue their own branded prepaid e-money (a prepaid payment instrument under Japan's Payment Services Act) and points, delivered to their customers as a web application.
Each merchant's member app is served from a subdomain of this domain, such as <merchant-id>.pkpy.jp. Balance display, top-up (charge) and QR code payment all run on those subdomains. This page (pkpy.jp) itself provides no service functionality.
PocketChange Inc. is a registered prepaid payment instrument issuer in Japan. For service details, company information and contact, see pokepay.jp.
